How we make money.

PairGood is free to use. Here's how it's paid for, in plain words.

Affiliate links

Right now, our shop links go straight to each brand's own website and we earn nothing from them. We plan to fund PairGood with affiliate links: if you follow one and buy something, the shop pays us a small commission, and you pay exactly the same price. When that starts, links that earn us money will be marked, and this page will say so.

What never changes

• Rankings are based on fit alone. Commission, brand and retailer play no part in which shoes we recommend or in what order. Here's how we rank.
• Nobody pays to appear. We don't sell placements, sponsored picks or paid reviews.
• We show shoes we earn nothing from. If the best fit for you is sold somewhere that doesn't pay us, we still recommend it.
• Prices are the best we've found from the shops we've checked, not the shop that pays the most.

Tracking

To know which recommendations help runners, shop links carry a reference to your quiz, never your name or email. Our privacy page explains exactly what we record.
